So, my boyfriend broke up with me on Sunday. He said he didnlt know what it was, he just didn't feel like it was going anywhere. Hey,My GF and I recently broke up. I do really want her back but theres a few issues that have arised. about a month ago we split up and we agreed on no contact until I went away. This didnt last long but it did on and off until a week or so ago. We hadnt been in contact for like 4 days then she texted me saying she was in town and wanted to see me to end things gracefully. So I go over there, we have a bit of a fun chat, she doesnt want to talk about anything relationship related it seems so I dont bring it up either, we get comfortable and I slowly make the move on her and we start to makeout. Anyway she stops half way and says we shouldnt be doing it, gets upset at me calls me all sorts of things saying she never wants to see me again, then sits down next to me and seemingly waits for me to re initiate the makeout, I do and we carry on, she then does it again and I cant be bothered reinitating again, we leave on seemingly good terms I kiss her before I go and except for us not to be in contact anymore like before. She texts me an hour later, I reply and we chat via text for the rest of the day.The next day there is no communication so I leave her a message, she texts back a bit of back and forth, just short messages. I then leave it for the next few days thinking maybe she would initiate, she didnt. I texted her today finding out how she was etc.. and we seemed okay, lenghty texts short delays.Anyway I have a few questions 1 she doesnt seem to initiate, does this show a lack of interest?2 she said to me before I left that day that she didnt want to make decisions, is that related to the initiation?3 what are sure fire signs of knowing if she still wants to be back with me or not?4 what should I try and do to win her back?

It has been a month since we broke up and we are still in contact. The door feels like it is still open and we are able to still talk and interact as very close individuals without the fun stuff . I would very much like to get her back and take things further but the reason for the break up was the age difference and the feeling that things weren't moving fast enough and my maturity let me down. She is 8 years older than me and as i am 29 i have more time to explore where time is more limited with her. Please read carefully and thouroughly....So ive read a lot of articles and heard from a lot of people that ignoring your ex after the breakup and giving him space will make him want you back the whole if he really like you he'll come back deal ...and, during the days after our breakup, i thought to try that. I didnt talk to him or hug him for like only three days , id just look his way and smile at him kinda so he thought i wasnt mad or anything ....but now im starting to second guess that method.... see, idk much about my ex but now im starting to feel like hes NOT the type that can be reeled back in by the no contact period cuz he also wasnt the type that could be guilted back into the relationship by reminding him of all the good times we had and asking him if they mean nothibg now .....its only been 4 days since our breakup but he hasnt doesnt any calling, or left text messages, or talked to me at school really....so does it sound like the ignoring thing isnt working???
